Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your Sennheiser account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Place the product in its original packaging including all cables, ear tips, and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
- 3.Ship the Product
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
